  What I love about Cross of Christ is that the message is always Christ-centered. I always feel welcome when I walk through the doors and my soul feels fed. I thank God every day for a church and school like Cross of Christ Lutheran. I love the pastors and teachers, they really care and you can see that Jesus lives in their hearts.

  My children love to go to school...That's right they love to go to school!! They have great teachers and small classes, they feel connected to school. Not just their class but classmates that are younger and older than them as well. It is nice that they not only learn regular school subjects, but respect for others, fellowship and how to be good humans. I feel like I am dropping my children off with a trusted friends. I love the opportunity to volunteer and be a part of my childs day for school lunch and special days. when I hear my friends describe the disconnect they feel from public schools I am grateful for the close family and learning environment at Cross of Christ.

  We have three children (2nd, 4th, 6th grades) in the school. Teaching staff are all very kind and loving who treat our children as their own. Our kids have many opportunities to grow in both academic and extracurricular activities with God's word being the center focus.
  The best part I love to see is the children from preschool through eighth grade get along like they are family. They have their school families who consist of a mix of ages from young to older encouraging friendships and careing attitudes between all the different classes.

  We transferred from public school to Cross of Christ when our child was in third grade. I worried about the transition, but the staff made it really easy. Five years later I can confidently say the kids genuinely care about each other, no matter what age or ability. Public schools just can't measure up to the care and curriculum.
